The Weigh In
So it's been 5 weeks of going to the gym about 5 times a week for 2 - 2.5 hours per session.
It's my last training session with my trainer Ryan Day. Since it's our last session together I need to weigh in to see if I'm making any progress.
I step on the scale and what do I find....I'VE LOST 5 POUNDS!!!!
So as we stand right now I'm at about 179 lbs. with about 20% body fat...just about half way to my goal of 173 lbs. and 17% body fat.
So I'm pretty stoked, because for a while there I didn't feel like I was making any progress. Now that I've seen the progress it helps me to get my motor running to get to that goal...although I could get there faster but I'm not so good at following the diet Ryan laid out for me.
Oh well...my next weigh in should be around new years day so we'll see how much progress I make by then...hopefully I'll be at my goal although I think it'll take a little more than another month to get there.
