Started Working Out

I started working out about two weeks ago. I've been going to the gym five times a week (Sun, Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri). I do about 20 - 30 minutes of cardio each day and different weight training four days a week.
I hired a trainer at 24 Hour Fitness to teach me how to weight train and to give me a plan to get back in shape. If you ask me, it's been worth every single penny. My trainer, Ryan Day, has done a great job of teaching me about how our body works related to working out, which has given me a better understanding of how to workout.
I started out at 184 lbs and 24% body fat (barely acceptable ARGHH!!!). My goal is to get to 173 lbs and 17% body fat which means I'll pack on 4 pounds of muscle along with the fat loss.
My trainer told me that if I maintain the workout routine and eat right then I can get to this goal in about 2 to 2.5 months. So hopefully I'll be able to keep up this rate.
